Permisha is main contractor on building 8 new houses on the old St. Eia hotel facility. Permisha was doing the demolition of the existing hotel building.

The new building content 5 townhouses, 2 maisonettes and 1 flat, all in 3 plan and build to the highest specification overlooking St. Ives Bay with iconic look out to the Atlantic Ocean and Godrevey Light House.

The St. Eia Development is positioned on the main road into St. Ives and proxy 5 min walk to town center with easy access to Porthminster Beach just below. The building are going to be finalised January 2018.
