In Spring 2011, Laity Granary opened as a 5*+ self catering holiday home. Back in 2010, Jenatha and Chris Brian asked Permisha to refurbish their lovely old barn conversion, which was originally developed in 1991. They had bought a new house and wanted to develop Laity Granary as a future holiday home.

Laity Granary is a large barn conversion, built in a modern style, yet still respecting the building’s original features.

During the past 4 years. Permisha has specialised in providing a quality management service for holiday properties in Cornwall, and we have established annual property maintenance plans for holiday homes from single let flats to high spec accommodation.

Once it was clear that Pemisha were able to interpret our ideas and, keep to a pre determined budget, we had the whole property refurbished in one go.
